I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) who has always been passionate about food, health, and helping others.
I aim to empower each client with the confidence needed to navigate their wellness journey by using effective and evidence-based nutrition counseling. I meet each individual wherever they are and will help build and navigate a path to reaching their health goals.
With my combined personal experiences, expertise in nutrition and passion for providing effective counseling, it is my aim to create a judgment-free and productive space for anyone with a health or wellness related goal.
My Approach
For every goal we wish to achieve, there must first be a solid foundation. This foundation is a balanced relationship with food, our bodies, and our mental health. From there, we can integrate changes into our lifestyles to further our progress toward each goal. We can continue stacking changes or habits, one by one, until we reach a point of contentedness for that goal.
Foundation
Imagine feeling content in your relationship with food, your body, and your emotional & mental health. This is the foundation that we will build together through taking a look at your current habits and relationships with food. This process is by no means one-approach-fits-all! You may be ready to start building towards your goal right away, you may need much more time.
We start from where you are.
Build
Now that the foundation is set, we can build. We will work together to create a realistic, dynamic plan to achieve your health, wellness, and/or nutrition goals. My approach will be strongly rooted in your strengths, capabilities, and desires.
